Easy Peanut Butter Cookies 2 ingredients

  • 1 cn (14-oz) can Eagle® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
  • 1 c Peanut butter
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 2 c Biscuit Baking Mix
  • Granulated sugar

Cooking Easy Peanut Butter Cookies 2

1. This childhood classic takes a delicious twist when topped with a solid milk chocolate candy in the center to create special Peanuti Blossoms.
2. Kids will enjoy giving you a helping hand in making these peanutty cookies.
3. Preheat oven to 350°.
4. In large mixer bowl, beat Eagle® Brand, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
5. Add biscuit mix; mix well.
6. Chill at least 1 hour.
7. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
8. Roll in sugar.
9. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
10. Flatten with fork.
11. Bakei 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned (do not overbake).
12. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
13. ''PEANUT BLOSSOMS'': Shape as above; do not flatten.
14. Bake as above.
15. Press solid milk chocolate candy drop in center of each cookie immediately after baking.
