Easy Peanut Butter Cookies 1 ingredients
- 1 cn (14-ounce) EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- 1 c Peanut butter
- 1 Eggs
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2 c Biscuit Baking Mix
- Sugar
Cooking Easy Peanut Butter Cookies 1
1. In large bowl, beat EAGLE BRAND, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
2. Add biscuit mix; mix well.
3. Chill at least 1 hour.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
6. Roll in sugar.
7. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
8. Flatten with fork in criss-cross pattern.
9. Bakei 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned (DO NOT OVERBAKE).
10. Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
11. Peanuti Blossom Cookies: Make dough as directed above.
12. Shape inton 1-inch balls and roll in sugar; do not flatten.
13. Bake as directed above.
14. Immediately after baking, press solid milk chocolate candy drop in center of each ball.
15. Peanut Butteri & Jelly Gems: Make dough as directed above.
16. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in sugar; do not flatten.
17. Press thumb in center of each ball of dough; fill with jelly, jam or preserves.
18. Proceed as directed above.
19. Any Way You Like-em Cookies: Stiri 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, raisins or flaked coconut into dough.
20. Proceed as directed above.
