Easy Mexican Chili ingredients

  • 2 cn Red kidney beans; drain, 15-1/2oz ead
  • 28 oz Can tomatoes; cut up
  • 1 c Chopped celery; chop
  • 1 c Onion; chop
  • 6 oz Can tomato paste
  • 1⁄2 c Green pepper, chopped
  • 4 oz Can green chili peppers; drain, chop
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1⁄2 t garlic Powder
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Dried marjoram; crush
  • 1 dsp Pepper
  • 1 lb Ground beef

Cooking Easy Mexican Chili

1. In skillet brown ground beef and drain.
2. In crockery cooker combine all ingredients.
3. Cover, cook on LOW heat for 8 to 10 hours.
4. Remove bay leaf and stir before serving.

it is not too spicy and not too mild it is just purfect i love it and my 4 year old son and daughter beg me to make it again every day its a god sent to me to finnally get my children to enjoy healthy food for once they would normally spit it out and refuse to eat it but not this time thank you mexican people
