Easy Layered Casserole ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Potatoes; peel, slice thin
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 17 oz Can whole kernel corn; drain
  • 1 Green pepper, chopped
  • 1 large Onion; chop
  • 4 Carrots; peel, slice
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Ground beef
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t dried marjoram leaves
  • 8 oz Can tomato sauce
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cheddar; grate
  • parsley; garnish

Cooking Easy Layered Casserole

1. Layer potatoes evenly in oiled baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Spread corn over the potatoes.
4. Sprinkle with green pepper, onions and carrots.
5. Crumble beef over the top. Sprinkle with marjoram and additional salt and pepper.
6. Top with the tomato sauce, spreading evenly.
7. Bakei, covered, at 350~ for 30 minutes.
8. Sprinkle with the cheese.
9. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
10. Garnishi with parsley.
