Easy danish apple cake ingredients
- 1⁄4 c butter Or margarine
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 Eggs, beaten
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 c flour
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 2 c Apples, peeled & grated
- TOPPING
- 1⁄4 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 c nuts chopped
Cooking Easy danish apple cake
1. Creami margarine and sugar.
2. Add egg and vanilla, beating well.
3. Add flour, baking soda and cinnamon arld blend well.
4. Add grated apples and beat well by hand.
5. Pour into greased 9-by-9-inch pan. combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle on batter.
6. Bakei at 350 °F for 40 minutes.
