Easy Corn Chilaquiles ingredients
- 2 jar ORTEGA® Salsa Prima Homestyle Mild
- 1 c whole-kernel frozen corn
- 1 bo ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
- 1 T ORTEGA® Diced Jalapeños
- 3 c coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 3 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking Easy Corn Chilaquiles
1. PREHEAT oven to 375° F. Lightly grease 2-quart casserole.
2. COMBINE salsa, corn, chiles and jalapeños in medium bowl.
3. Layer 1 cup chips, 1 cup salsa mixture and 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese.
4. BAKE for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted; top with cheddar cheese.
5. Bakei for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
6. Cool on wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes.
7. Top with green onions and sour cream, if desired.
