Easy Classic Lasagna

Easy Classic Lasagna ingredients
- 1 pk lasagna, Uncooked
- 1 cn Ricotta cheese
- 1⁄2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Eggs
- 1 lb italian sausage, cooked, drained
- 2 cn tomato & basil pasta sauce
- 4 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 parsley, fresh, chopped
Cooking Easy Classic Lasagna
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Cook lasagna noodles as package directs.
2. In bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesani cheese and eggs; mix well.
3. On bottom of 15x9 inch greased baking dish, spread 1/2 cup pasta sauce.
4. Top with half each of the lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, sausage, pasta sauce and mozzarella.
5. Repeat layering.
6. Top with parsley.
7. Cover; bake 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
8. Uncover; let stand 15 minutes before serving.
9. Refrigerate leftovers.
