Easy Chinese Shrimp Omelette

Easy Chinese Shrimp Omelette ingredients
- 1⁄2 c cooked ham, diced
- 1 c Button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c cooked cocktail shrimp
- 1 T soy sauce
- 6 large Eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T cooking oil for frying
Cooking Easy Chinese Shrimp Omelette
1. In a bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, ham and shrimp.
2. Tossi in soy sauce.
3. Seasoni the eggs with some salt and pepper.
4. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan. Pour in the eggs and let the bottom fry in the pan. Add the mushrooms, shrimp and ham on top, then use a spatula to fold the egg over to form the omelette.
5. Flip and let the other side cook until slightly browned.
6. Transfer to a serving plate.
7. Serve hot.
