Easy Chili Con Carne ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • -- (about 1 cup)
  • 2 clv garlic -- crushed
  • 2 T Chili powder

Cooking Easy Chili Con Carne

1. Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
2. Stiri in remaining ingredients except beans; break up tomatoes.
3. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
4. Cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in beans.
6. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
7. Simmeri uncovered about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until of desired thickness.
