- 4 Chicken breasts, 4-ozs skinless, boneless
- 2 c Basic Bread Crumbs

- olive oil flavored Pam no
- - stick cooking spray
- 2 oz Healthy Choice Fat Free mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 oz Truly Lite Fat Free ricotta Cheese
- c Healthy Choice spaghetti

Cooking Easy chicken parmesan
1. Dip each chicken breast in egg beaters, then coat with bread crumbs.
2. Spray a large skillet with pam and heat.
3. Quickly brown chicken breasts on both sides, about 3-5 minutes total.
4. Coat baking dish with pam. Place chicken in pan; top each breast with 1/3 cup of spaghetti sauce.
5. Combine mozzarella and ricotta cheeses.
6. Place an equal amount of cheese on each chicken breast.
7. Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 375°F.
8. Remove chicken from oven.
9. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and bake uncovered for 5-10 more minutes or until browned.
10. Per serving.
