Easy and creamy chocolate pudding

1. In saucepan combine sugar, cocoa and flour.
2. Add water and milk and stir untilsmooth.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
4. Cook thick about 1 min. remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
5. Cool to room temp before serving.
6. May be chilled too. Serves 4 to My kids love this.
7. It is the next step down from chocolate mousse.
8. Garnishi with a dollop of whipped cream.
