Easter egg nog ingredients
- 372529⁄-2009260032 qt Whipping cream
- 1 c Sugar
- 6 ea Egg, separated
- 1 brandy
Cooking Easter egg nog
1. Beat cream thick, and combine with sugar and egg yolks which have been beaten together.
2. Then add 1 ΒΌ tumblers brandy (to taste) and stiffly beaten egg whites.
3. It may require more sugar according to taste.
4. Keep cool until served.
5. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
