Duxelle of mushrooms ingredients
- 3 c Fresh mushrooms, diced
- 1 t margarine
- 1 t olive oil
- 1⁄2 c shallots, diced
- 1⁄2 c onions, diced
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 t Marsala
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pn garlic Powder
Cooking Duxelle of mushrooms
1. Sautei mushrooms in margarine & oil over low heat for 5 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients & cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Use to fill pasta dough of your choice & cook as desired.
