Dutch pickles

Dutch pickles ingredients
- 1 qt Chopped green tomatoes
- 1 large Cauliflower, chopped
- 1 c Salt
- 1 T Turmeric
- 2 qt Vinegar
- 1 qt Chopped onion
- 1 small Cabbage, chopped
- 1 T mustard
- 1 c flour
- 3 c Sugar
Cooking Dutch pickles
1. Combine vegetables and salt.
2. Cover with hot water.
3. Let stand 30 minutes.
4. Drain.
5. Combine turmeric, mustard, flour, and sugar.
6. Add vinegar.
7. Cook until thick and smooth.
8. Add vegetables.
9. Boil slowly, stirring constantly, 15-20 minutes.
