Dutch apple pancake ingredients
- BATTER
- 4 Eggs
- 1⁄2 c flour
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1⁄8 t Salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 T margarine; melted
- FILLING
- 2 T margarine
- 1 large Apple, tart, pared & sliced ¼" thick
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- Glaze
- 8 pk Equal
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 3 T water, boiling
Cooking Dutch apple pancake
1. Combine batter ingredients in blender or food processor; mix until smooth.
2. Let rest 30 minutes.
3. For filling, melt margarine in a 10 inch oven-proof skillet.
4. Add apple slices, sprinkle with cinnamon and toss over low heat for 3 minutes.
5. Pour batter over apples and place in preheated 425°F.
6. oven for 15 minutes.
7. Remove from oven.
8. Blend glaze ingredients and dribble over top of pancake.
9. Cut into 4 wedges to serve.
