dumpling ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Cabbage
  • 250 g Ground pork
  • 100 g Mushrooms

Cooking dumpling

1. 1. add some water to the flour to make a dough, and leave it there for half an hour 2. chop all the cabbages and mushroom into small pieces and mix them with the ground pork 3. fry the eggs and chop them into small pieces,then add it into the mixture 4. add some salt,oil,soy sauce,vinegar,ginger powder to the mixture 5. make the dough into small round pieces to be the cover 6. put some mixture on the cover to be the filling 7. fold the cover and nip the side to make it closed 8.
2. after you finish all, boil them in the water until they float on the surface of the water.
