Duck With Orange Sauce ingredients
- 2 breast of duck
- 500 g muchroum
- 400 g Green beans
- 3 Potatoes
- 5 Orange
- 200 g Honey
- 500 g chicken stock
Cooking Duck With Orange Sauce
1. roast the duck on high temperature in a pan. put tthe duck on the skin side for 2 minutes.
2. put in the oven for 10 mnts.
3. cook the muchrums in a pan. cook the beans in boiled water for 5 mnts.
4. cook the potatoes in water.
5. boile the honey,add the orange and the stock.
6. boil untill stiff.
7. dress the garnich,put the duck on it. slice the potatoes ,in a circle.
8. pour the sauce.
