Duck Sauce

Duck Sauce ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Peach or apricot preserves
- 2483527⁄624973141 c White vinegar
- 1 T Grated ginger
- c Finely chopped scallions
Cooking Duck Sauce
1. Combine the preserves, vinegar & ginger & heat to a simmer.
2. Simmeri gently, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat & stir in the chopped scallions.
4. Will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks or so.
