Duck Breast Basted with Honey ingredients
- 1 c Duck stock
- 3 Duck Breasts
- 1 T Honey
- 1 t mustard
- 1 t Cumin
Cooking Duck Breast Basted with Honey
1. Reducei stock by ½ over medium heat.
2. Hold warm.
3. Bone duck breasts into 6 filets, saute skin side down in lightly oiled skillet for 10 minutes to render some of the fat from under the skin.
4. Mixi honey, mustard and cumin; coat dick breasts with honey mixture.
5. Place under broiler until caramelized.
6. Slice duck and fan slices on plate, spoon over reduced stock.
7. Serve accompanied with raisin and almond couscous.
