Drunken Fajitas

Drunken Fajitas ingredients
- 2 lb Skirt steak
- 8 oz Light rum
- 18 oz crab boil seasoning
- 12 flour tortilla
Cooking Drunken Fajitas
1. Pour rum and crab boil over meat.
2. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
3. Remove from marinade.
4. Grilli over a very hot fire, for 3-5 minutes per side.
5. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
6. Slice across the grain, into thin strips.
7. Serve with heated tortillas.
