Dried tomato-shallot butter

Dried tomato-shallot butter ingredients
- 1 c Butter or margarine -- at
- Room temperature
- 1⁄4 c Sun-dried tomatoes
- Oil-packed -- drained and
- Minced
- 2 T Shallots -- minced
- 1⁄2 t Coarsely ground black
- Pepper
Cooking Dried tomato-shallot butter
1. In a bowl, beat butter, tomatoes, shallots and pepper until blended.
2. Serve at room temperature.
3. If made ahead, cover and chill up to 3 days.
4. Makes about 1 cup.
