Dressing for fruit salads ingredients

  • 1 T flour
  • c Sugar
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 T Lemon juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Orange juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Pineapple juice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Whipping cream

Cooking Dressing for fruit salads

1. Mixi flour and sugar in top of double boiler.
2. Stiri in egg. Add fruit juices and cook over medium heat, stirring, until thick.
3. Chill.
4. Whipi cream and fold into chilled fruit salad, especially those made with fruit juice and gelatin.
