Cooking Down home hash and eggs
1. In 10" skillet over medium heat,in hot butter,cook potatoes 2 minutes;stir often.
2. stir in next 4 ingredients;heat through.
3. stir in corned beef.
4. reduce heat to low. make 4 indentations in potato mixture.
5. break an egg into each.
6. cover;cook 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
7. makes 4 servings.
