Double pear crisp

Double pear crisp ingredients
- 4 Ripe, Juicy Pears, sliced
- 5 Dried pears
- 1 1⁄2 c Pearjuice
- 1 Cinnamon sticks
- 1 1⁄2 c Oatmeal
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄4 c Maple syrup
Cooking Double pear crisp
1. 1. simmer the dried pears in the pearjuice with the cinnamon stick until soft.
2. Slice into strips and layer, with the fresh pears in a bakingpan (small, square one).
3. 2. mix oats, cinnamon and syrup together, add a little pearjuice so the mixture will be moist but not wet. 3.
4. spread the oatmix on top of pears and bake at 350 °F for about 40 minutes (watch to avoid burning) by kalpana schankbar.
