Donna's beer muffins

Donna's beer muffins ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 5 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 3 T Sugar
- 1 Bottle of beer
Cooking Donna's beer muffins
1. Preheat oven to 350°F, prepare pans.
2. Measure dry ingredients into bowl & pour beer over, stirring to blend.
3. Spoon into pans & brush tops with butter.
4. Bakei for 15-20 mins.
5. Makes 9 lg muffins.
6. Serve hot, a little grated cheddar cheese may be sprinkled on top before baking if desired.
