Divinity candy ingredients

  • 3 c Sugar
  • 3⁄4 c water
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1⁄2 c corn syrup, light
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 c Nut meats

Cooking Divinity candy

1. Cook sugar, syrup and water to boiling point.
2. Caver and let boil 3 minutes without stirring.
3. Remove cover, cook unitl hard ball stage or 255
