Dilly Rice Muffins ingredients

  • 1 c flour
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 Eggs
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Lowfat milk
  • 2 T Vegatable oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Rice, cooked
  • 2 T Green Onion (scallion),
  • -minced
  • 2 T parsley Leaves, freshly minced -or-
  • 2 T parsley flakes, dried
  • 2 T dill Weed, freshly minced
  • -OR-
  • 2 t Dried dill

Cooking Dilly Rice Muffins

1. Combine the flour, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
2. Stiri to mix. Beat the egg, milk and oil together.
3. Add to the flour mixture along with the remaining ingredients.
4. Mixi just until the batter is blended.
5. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.
6. Fill about three-fourths full.
7. Bakei in a 400-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until brown.
