Dilled Bean Pickles ingredients

  • 2 lb sm. green beans
  • 1 t Red Pepper
  • 4 clv garlic
  • 4 large heads dill
  • 2 c water
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Salt
  • 1 pt Vinegar

Cooking Dilled Bean Pickles

1. Pack whole cleaned beans in hot sterilized jars.
2. To each jar, add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, 1 clove garlic, and 1 head dill.
3. Heat water, salt, and vinegar to boil.
4. Pour over beans.
5. Seal at once.
6. Makes 4 pints.
