Dill pot roast ingredients
- 6 Slices Bacon
- Lemon pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 4 lb Pot Roast
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped dill pickles
- 2 T worchestershire sause
Cooking Dill pot roast
1. Fryi bacon until crisp.
2. Coat pot roast with lemon pepper, salt and pepper.
3. Browni roast in bacon drippings on both sides.
4. Combine soup, pickles and worcestershire sauce; pour over browned roast.
5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 2 ½ hours or until meat is tender.
6. Remove roast and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
7. Skimi fat from gravy.
