  • 1 lb Liver, sliced

Cooking Dill liver and onions

1. Mixi flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish.
2. Dredgei liver with the mixture on both sides.
3. Melt butter in skillet and brown liver using medium heat.
4. Reducei heat, sprinkle with onion and dill.
5. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
