Dill Crock ingredients
- Fresh dill
- 2483527⁄624973141 c garlic cloves
- tabasco peppers
- 2 Onions, sliced
- 1 Cauliflower
- 2 Bell peppers
- 2483527⁄624973141 c canning salt
- 10 c water
- Celery
- jar olives
- 1 lb Green beans
- 2 Bay leaves
- Red sweet peppers
- small Green tomatoes
- 3 sli Carrots
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cider vinegar
- 1 gal jar
Cooking Dill Crock
1. Make brine using 3/4 cup sea salt, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 10 cups of water, sl ice onions, bell peppers, celery, carrot and break cauliflower into florets.
2. Pack layer of fresh dill and garlic on bottom of jar. Cook green beans 3 minu tes and drain.
3. Layer all ingredients.
4. Top off with more dill and garlic.
5. Cove r with brine.
6. Set a small saucer weighted to keep everything below brine.
7. Curei 10 days at room temperature.
8. Refrigerate.
