Diakon and tuna salad ingredients

  • 3 c Daikon, cut into 1 ½"
  • Ub in ½ tbls, of salt and

  • 1 T Juice from tuna*, mix well

Cooking Diakon and tuna salad

1. Put well-drained tuna flakes into a bowl and add daikon, onion and okura; mix well.
2. Pour in dressing to the tuna mixture and mix.
3. Tossi and put into a serving platter and serve.
