Deviled Eggs Mexicano ingredients
- 12 Hard boiled egg
- 1⁄4 c Mayonnaise
- 1 T Ground cumin
- 1 T capers
- 1 T Prepared mustard
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 T Jalapeno chile
- 1 t crushed red chiles
- 1 t Cilantro
Cooking Deviled Eggs Mexicano
1. Carefully remove yolks from whites, set whites aside.
2. Mash yolks fine.
3. Combine yolks, mayonnaise, cumin, capers, mustard, salt, and chiles-mix well.
4. Spoon into a pastry bag, fitted with a large star or leaf tip. Pipei into whites.
5. Sprinkle with crushed chiles.
6. Garnishi with cilantro.
7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
