Deviled Clams 2 ingredients
- 12 Cherry stone clams
- 2 T butter
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 1 c Bread crumbs
- 1 c Milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 t worchestershire sause
- 3 sli Bacon
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Clam juice
- 2 Eggs
- 2483527⁄624973141 t thyme
- Pepper
Cooking Deviled Clams 2
1. Shucki clams and reserve shells and 1/2 cup of juice.
2. Chopi clams.
3. Cook bacon crisp-remove.
4. Chop bacon, set aside.
5. Add butter, onions, chopped clams, bread crumbs, clam juice, milk, worchestershire sauce and season with thyme and pepper.
6. Cook until thickened.
7. Add beaten eggs and bacon.
8. Cook. Scoop into clam shells and broil until brown.
9. Serve hot with cocktail sauce.
