Deep-Fried Potato Puffs

Deep-Fried Potato Puffs ingredients
- 3 c Mashed potato
- 2 T Unsalted butter
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1⁄4 t white pepper
- 1⁄2 c choux paste
- Corn oil
Cooking Deep-Fried Potato Puffs
1. Combine potatoes, butter, salt, and pepper-mix well.
2. Add choux paste-mix well.
3. Heat oil to 360 degrees.
4. Drop dough by spoonsful into hot oil. Fryi until puffed and lightly browned.
5. Drain on a cooling rack and blot with paper towels.
6. Keep warm.
7. Serve hot.
