Decorator White Icing ingredients

  • 1 white baking bars
  • 3 T Heavy whipping cream
  • 3⁄4 c Powdered sugar;
  • 3 T butter
  • 1⁄4 t vanilla, almond, orange or mint extract
  • 1 paste* or liquid food coloring

Cooking Decorator White Icing

1. MICROWAVE baking bars and cream in medium, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir.
2. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Transfer to small mixer bowl.
4. Beat in powdered sugar, butter and extract until smooth.
5. Stiri in food coloring.
6. SPREAD or pipe icing onto baked and cooled sugar cookies; decorate as desired.
7. Let stand until icing is set. Makes about 1ΒΌ cups.
