Debbie's carrot cake

Debbie's carrot cake ingredients
- 2 c flour, all-purpose
- 2 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 t Baking soda
- 2 t Cinnamon, ground
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1⁄2 c Vegetable oil
- 2 c Carrots, finely grated
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c Shredded coconut
- 1 c Nuts, chopped, divided
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
Cooking Debbie's carrot cake
1. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
2. Add eggs, oil, carrots and vanilla; beat until combined.
3. Stiri in pineapple, coconut and ½ cup nuts.
4. Pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bakei at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until cake tests done.
5. Cool. Frosti cooled cake with cream cheese frosting.
6. Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
7. Store in refrigerator.
