Czech sauerkraut soup

Czech sauerkraut soup ingredients
- 3 pt water
- 1 c Sauerkraut
- 1 c potatoes, cubed
- 1 c Sour cream
- 2 T butter
- 3 T flour
- 1 Egg yolks
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Czech sauerkraut soup
1. Boil kraut and potaotes in water for 15 minutes.
2. Mixi sour cream, butter, flour and egg yolk.
3. Slowly add to soup mixture, stirring constantly.
4. Heat through, season to taste.
