Cut-out sugar cookies 2

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except 1 cup mix; blend until smooth.
3. Stiri in remaining mix. On floured surface, knead about 20 strokes until smooth.
4. Roll out dough 1/8-inch thick; cut into desired shapes.
5. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
6. Bakei 5 to 8 minutes until edges are light golden brown.
7. Cool 1 minute.
8. ; remove from cookie sheet.
9. Frosti and decorate as desired.
10. Makes about 2 dozen assorted size cookies.
