Curry shui mai ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Ground turkey
  • 5 T Cornstarch
  • 5 T water
  • 3 T Sherry
  • 3 T soy sauce
  • 1 t Salt

  • 8 oz Whole water chestnuts
  • - finely chopped
  • 6 Scallions, chopped
  • Including greens
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 t curry powder
  • Madras brand
  • Gyoza wrappers
  • (Sun Luck Brand)

Cooking Curry shui mai

1. Stiri all ingredients very well.
2. add curry powder, mix in very well fold into gyoza wrappers, about 1 tblsp in each.
3. Leave the top open.
4. Served a lot for new years, as they look like purses, to insure prosperity in the coming year.
5. we recommend sun luck brand gyoza wrappers as they are thinner than most.
6. steam 7 minutes, or until meat is cooked through, but not too long, because it can lose flavor.
