Curry N' Chutney Cheese Tart

Curry N' Chutney Cheese Tart ingredients
- 2 pk Cream cheese (8oz each)
- 2 t curry powder
- 2 T sherry (optional)
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 Scallions; thinly sliced
- 9 oz Jar of chutney
Cooking Curry N' Chutney Cheese Tart
1. Place unwrapped packages of cream cheese in a 2-quart glass measure.
2. Microwave on medium (50 percent) 2 1/2 minutes.
3. Blend in curry powder and sherry.
4. Foldi in Cheddari and 3/4 of onion; mix well.
5. Spoon mixture onto serving platter in an 8-inch circle.
6. Use a spatula to form a tart shape, building up sides while indenting the top surface area to form a "well.
7. " Place chutney in blender and puree to uniform mixture.
8. Pour in "well" area of cheese tart.
9. Chill until firm.
10. To serve, garnish top with remaining onion.
11. Accompany with orackers.
