Curry Marinade ingredients

  • 2 T Safflower oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Dry white wine
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 T Shallots, minced
  • 2 t curry powder

Cooking Curry Marinade

1. Combine all the ingredients in a container.
2. Swirl often when brushing over foods to prevent separation.
3. Use to marinate cubed tempeh for 1 hour.
4. Or brush over grilling eggplant, onions or potatoes.
5. (To grill potatoes, try parboiling them first).
