Curried Mussels ingredients
- 96 Mussels; scrubbed clean
- - and beards removed
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Dry white wine
- 1 T curry powder
- 1 T Finely minced garlic
- 1 c Chopped tomato
- - (Peeled and seeded)
- 2483527⁄624973141 T Chopped fresh dill; -=OR=-
- 2483527⁄624973141 t -Dried dill
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Whipping cream
- Salt
Cooking Curried Mussels
1. COMBINE MUSSELS, wine, curry powder, garlic and tomatoes in 3-quart pan. Cover and bring to boil over high heat.
2. (If using dried dill, add it now. ) Uncover, add cream and continue to boil until mussels open, about 5 minutes or more, depending on size of mussels.
3. Discard any unopened mussels.
4. Seasoni to taste with salt (and fresh dill, if using).
5. Arrange mussels in bowls and pour in broth.
