Curried Mushrooms ingredients

  • To taste chili
  • 2 large Tomatoes

Cooking Curried Mushrooms

1. 1. Wash mushrooms.
2. Slice finely.
3. Slice onion finely.
4. 2. Heat oil and add turmeric and onions.
5. Fryi until soft.
6. 3. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
7. 4. Add the mushrooms, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
8. 5. Remove cover and dry out all the water.
9. 6. Serve hot.
