Curried leek and potato soup

- Yield:
Curried leek and potato soup ingredients
- 2 T Oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 4 large Leeks, washed & sliced
- 12 oz Potatoes, diced
- 1 pn Arame weed
- 1 t Rosemary
- 1⁄2 t curry powder
- 1 3⁄4 pt water
- 1 garlic cloves
- Soy sause, to taste
Cooking Curried leek and potato soup
1. Heat oil in a soup pot & saute the onion & leeks for 5 minutes.
2. Add the potatoes, arame, rosemary, curry powder & water.
3. Stiri well, bring to the boil, reduce heat, cover & cook for 20 minutes.
4. Blend until smooth in a blender with the garlic clove & soy sauce.
5. Reheat & serve.
