Curacao ingredients
- 20 oz Vodka, 80 or 90 proof
- 2 t Orange essence
- 1 t Orange vegetable coloring
- 1 c Sugar, white, granulated
- Water as needed
- Water to make 1 quart
Cooking Curacao
1. Note: please use the best available grade of water.
2. Dissolve the sugar in just enough good water or distilled water to dissolve it. Boil to form a heavy syrup.
3. Allow mixture to cool.
4. Add the vodka slowly, stirring well to mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
5. Store until needed.
