Cucumber-dill pasta salad ingredients

  • 1 c Broccoli florets
  • 3 c Cooked pasta (rotini
  • -macaroni, shells, etc.)
  • 1⁄2 c Thinly sliced Carrot
  • 1⁄2 c Thinly sliced celery
  • 1 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1⁄4 c Chopped onion
  • 1⁄2 c Bottled cucumber or cucumber
  • -ranch salad dressing (to
  • -¾ c)
  • 1 t dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Cucumber-dill pasta salad

1. Heat 1 cup water to boiling in small saucepan.
2. Add broccoli, cover and cook 1 minute.
3. Drain and place broccoli in ice water to chill.
4. Combine remaining ingredients in salad bowl.
5. Drain and add broccoli.
6. Tossi to blend well.
7. Chill until ready to serve.
