Cucumber yogurt sauce ingredients

  • 1 med Cucumber, peeled, seeded
  • And Shredded
  • 1 (8 Oz.) Carton Plain Low
  • Fat Yogurt
  • 2 Green onions, finely
  • -chopped
  • 1 T Fresh Chopped parsley
  • 1 t Vinegar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Dried dill weed
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder

Cooking Cucumber yogurt sauce

1. Pat cucumber with paper towels until barely moist.
2. Combine cucumber and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
3. Cover & chill at least 2 hours.
4. Serve with greek stuffed footballs.
