Cucumber pickle ingredients

  • 24 ea Cucumber
  • 1 qt Onions
  • 1 c Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 pt olive oil
  • 3 T Pepper
  • 2483527⁄624973141 lb Mustard, dry
  • 3 pt Cider vinegar

Cooking Cucumber pickle

1. Remove the skins from the cucumbers and slice very thin, add the peel and sliced onions and cover with the salt.
2. Let stand over night.
3. Drain well and add the olive oil, pepper and mustard, stirring slowly.
4. Add the vinegar and pour into air-tight jars and let stand for 6 weeks.
