Cuban pork roast ingredients

  • 3 lb Pork shoulder - seasoned
  • c Lime or lemon juice
  • 1 Onions, sliced

  • 3 garlic cloves

Cooking Cuban pork roast

1. Seasoni meat with salt and pepper.
2. Pour lime or lemon juice over roast.
3. Place onion slices over roast.
4. Let stand in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
5. Split meat in places and add garlic plugs in slashes.
6. Roasti at 325 °F for 1 ½ - 2 hours or 35-40 minutes per pound.
